DEPARTMENT:The Commercial and Contract Management Department is looking for a committed and self-motivated individual to join its team
JOB_DESCRIPTION:You will:
- Prepare budget estimations, elemental cost plans, pre-tender estimates, cash flows, cost studies, value engineering, and related tender analysis and documents while leading the end-to-end commercial and contract control of Property projects
- Provide advice in the area of procurement, contract, tendering and package strategies to secure the project and protect the Club's best interests
- Prepare internal cost reportings and work closely with various functional departments
- Manage the appointment and performance of the QS consultants and contractors
- Provide cost data analysis and benchmarking information for different property assets
- Analyse the market trend and provide advice on the strategies in procuring projects
- Assist the development of junior staff members through job training and coaching
ABOUT_YOU:You should have:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Professional qualifications in HKIS, RICS, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
- Solid experience working with client, consultancy or contractor
- Ability to work independently with track record in leading major projects
- Knowledge in leading construction and property practice across different asset types
- Strong communication skills with good stakeholder management
- Ability to lead and develop training plans
- Good command of English and Chinese
