Our IT Operations, Systems Assurance and Shenzhen Technology Centre drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, system/test assurance, data centre management and valued end-user services.

You will:

- Act as a system tools administrator for systems such as, ISMS, EUSC, BEDB, OneDrive, Corp VC / IMTR support and new systems and the associated licenses

- Conduct frequent communication to system developers to understand the system support related issues and work out solutions to support those issues.

- Act as a support to EUS procurement processes.

- Escalate and handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for end user problems and requests.

- Interact with internal and external stakeholders on all levels to help resolve system administration-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

- Be accountable for Service Transition activities for a portfolio of IT services.

- Support new system/application deployment projects, and business events in close collaboration with other IT teams.

- Enforce compliance with corporate IT/Security policies and standards. Standardizes processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

- Provide training to end users.

You should have:

- have a degree in Information Technology or relevant disciplines

- have Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support in MNC (especially for Executive level), preferably with minimum 2 years project support experience

- have ITIL and PMP Certification a plus

- Ability to work and manage outsourcing vendor effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders, including senior leadership

- Experience with Microsoft Windows platform, including Win10, MS Office 2013+, Exchange, Active Directory, Antivirus protection and patch management, Mac platform, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, Unified Messaging, and Citrix virtual platform a plus

- be a strong team player

- have good analytical, troubleshooting skills and working attitude

- be able to work independently and proactively on projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

- be fluent in English and Cantonese

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
