Position Description
• Report to the APAC CFO, work closely with the regions' Finance Leaders, Business Intelligence teams, and other influential senior leadership in strategy, operations, and finance
• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, cash flow projection, budgeting and forecasting
• Analyse and develop a fundamental understanding of the APAC markets, economic factors and market trends to forecast ahead of the industry
• Provide insight to management on financial performance, balance sheet risk, internal control weakness, statutory filing status, ad hoc projects and tax matters;
• Identify business and operational potentials, be a champion of change management and drive for continuous improvement
• Develop, operate, and ensure efficient and effective financial systems including internal control, budget control, financial policies and procedures
• Prepare presentations on researched markets / sectors / companies, growth strategy scenarios

Position Requirements
• Bachelor of Finance or equivalent degree with professional accounting qualifications
• 8 years + experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Experience in similar or FMCG industry + Big 4 Audit Firm would be a plus
• International work experience and education is valued
• Organised team player, ability to set own initiative, willingness to tackle a range of tasks from finance & admin through to project ownership
• Intelligent and commercially curious; sensitivity to numbers
• Ambitious, emotionally resilient and ability to deliver results in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, and working-level proficiency in Mandarin
