The IT Strategy and Governance Department drives new strategies for overall IT Planning including manpower planning, demand and supply management, IT budgets and financial planning. It is responsible for the design and governance of the Enterprise Architecture, the management of the Project Management Office and resourcing from the IT Shenzhen Development Center. In addition, it manages the strategic relationship with business users and external partners to foster customer focus and collaboration.

You will:

- Be accountable to the SP13 PMO Programme Manager for IT project and process governance

- Implement established policies, process & governance standards and controls to ensure projects are aligned with defined methodologies

- Responsible for Project CAPEX and OPEX monitoring and analysis

- Responsible for functional enhancement & support of the systems / tools owned by PMO

- Assist in hardware and software maintenance contract review and management

- Assist in financial and manpower planning & monitoring activities for the project

- Assist in project review and analysis

- Act as a contact point in SP13 PMO for queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management, process modelling and requirement management

ABOUT_YOU:

You should have:

- Undergraduate qualifications in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering

- 5-8 years relevant experience in an IT environment, experience in Programme Management Office (PMO) is preferable

- A strong understanding in IT project management methodology and project governance

- A strong understanding in IT financial planning & management

- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation

- Strong English language skills (written and spoken)

- Proficiency in Cantonese is required and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage

- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred

- Familiar with Agile methodologies

- Experience in Atlassian products, especially JIRA & Confluence

- Experience in Tempo Suite & Tableau will be an advantage

TERMS_OF_EMPLOYMENT:

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
